Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed April 9, 2022 found that Angel Hands Home Care, Inc. had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state relicensure survey conducted February 16, 2022.
